Semi-automatic Filling Machine
liquid filling machine can be divided into constant pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine and vacuum filling machine according to filling principle.
Constant pressure filling machine do filling under atmospheric pressure by liquid self-weight. This filling machine is divided into constant time and constant volume filling machines, which are only suitable for filling low viscosity liquids such as milk and wine.
Pressure filling machine is carried out under higher-atmospheric pressure. It also can be divided into two types: one is the liquid storage cylinder pressure, which has the same pressure of the bottle, filling relying on fluid self weight and flow into bottles; the other is the cylinder pressure which is higher than reservoir pressure of the bottle. The liquid flow into the bottle by pressure gap. High-speed production line usually uses this model. Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquids with gas, such as beer, soft drinks, champagne and so on.
Vacuum filling machine is carried out when the pressure in bottle is less than the atmospheric pressure. The structure of this filling machine is simple, high efficient, and suitable for various viscous materials, such as oils, syrups, wine, etc.
It processes in general as follow: the box with empty bottles stacked on pallets from the conveyor belt sent to the unloading tray machine; the pallet will be removed one by one; box with the conveyor belt will be sent to unloading boxes machine; then remove the bottles from the box. Empty box with the conveyor belt then will be sent to box washing machine. After cleaning, the box will be sent to the side of packaging machine in order to put all bottles into box. Empty bottles from the unloading machine will be sent to bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning through another conveyor belt. Inspected by the bottle inspection machine, the clean bottles will be in line and then enter into filling and capping system. Bottles will be filled with beverage by the filling machine, capped by the capper, and then sealed by capping machine. Then the filled bottles will be conveyed for labeling and packing. Then the bottles are stacked on pallets into the warehouse.
